  • Products such as skincare items must not be opened or tampered with for hygienic reasons.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You must return your item and place a new order for the replacement product.
