1. 5-Day Hassle-Free Return
We offer a 5-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, we will replace it or refund your money immediately.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange
- Damaged/Wrong Item: If the item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please send us a picture/video within 24 hours of delivery.
- Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Hygiene Note: Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used bottles for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is approved
- Refunds: Will be transferred to your Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3-5 business days.
- Replacements: Will be dispatched the next day.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Since we offer Same Day Dispatch, please let us know within 2 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel.
