Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Glimzaa, we know you are excited to start your skincare journey! That’s why we work hard to get your order from our facility in Faisalabad to your doorstep as quickly as possible.
1. Fast Dispatch Promise (Same Day Dispatch)
We pride ourselves on speed.
- Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed and handed over to the courier on the same day.
- Next Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on Sundays/Public Holidays are dispatched the very next working day.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, our courier partners aim to deliver your package within:
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2-3 working days.
- Other Cities Remote Areas: 3-5 working days.
Note: During sale periods or unforeseen weather conditions, delivery might take an extra 1-2 days.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 150 on all orders.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS and Email. You can use this ID to track your parcel’s journey in real-time on our courier partner’s website.
5. Payment Methods
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay securely when the rider hands over the parcel.
Online Transfer: Bank Transfer (Contact us on WhatsApp for details).
6. Incomplete Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your address and mobile number are correct.
Our courier riders will attempt delivery twice.
